We looked at these homes about a month ago. Absolutely fell in love. We are hoping to buy in the very near future and would love to know how much more they will be building and whether or not they would be willing to let me purchase a plot and then build in a year or so?
We had a wonderful experience with Kent our salesman and John our project manager. We had a little area of opportunity that we encountered near closing and move in date. We wrote the customer service for help with our issues. We were professionally greeted by the landscaping company to fix the issues. When our 60 day review came, Harry the overall contruction manager went above and beyond what our expectations were. The whole time we were treated with sincerity and value by John and Harry for being Kolter homeowners. Thank you so much for the amazing service.
